GO Driving School
Thank you to or newest sponsor! Go Driving School has prepared nearly 1,000 drivers for the road since 2007. You’ve probably seen our YELLOW car around town. We sponsor several local high school clubs and athletic teams and provide outreach and education to the community through presentations about the dangers of drunk driving and distracted driving and sharing the road with bicyclists and motorcycles. Come in and observe a class free of charge, or just ask your friends about us…we offer the best driver education experience at the best price. Check us out on Facebook and “like” our page. A Great Big Thank you to everyone that took part in the Applebee’s Breakfast fundraiser! The Applebee’s staff couldn’t have been nicer and made the event a success with all of their help and support. Our servers for the morning was our very own Varsity Team players. They did a fantastic job from waving signs on Hwy 410 (and getting lots of honks) to serving all of the guests that came to support the teams. They were courteous and friendly and served a absolutely delicious breakfast to all that attended. The best news yet is that we raised $745 from ticket sales and another $260 from tips for an overall total of $1,005. Thank you once again for everyone’s participation in raising funds for the BLHS Volleyball Teams!!

JV-Tournament Saturday 9/24/2011 @ Sumner High School 8am to 5pm
Parents we have a sign up list for food (pot-luck) please if you haven’t talked
with me (Rose Tyler- Ciara’s Mom) please do so we will be there 8 hours and
food is important for keeping the girls and the families going. If we all pitch in the cost
will be low, 12 girls and Coach to feed most importantly. I started a list and will
go around again at Tuesdays game.

Lady Panthers @ Bonney Lake Coffee Car Wash
Great Job !
Thanks Parents and Players for all the help at our car wash last weekend. We raised $575 in 4 hours! That’s one scholarship down plus a little extra, five scholarships to go. We had perfect weather for a car wash, probably the hottest day of the year. Some of us got a little “crispy” (who knew we needed sunscreen in the Puget Sound). Our Lady Panthers did a great job of waving signs and making some noise to get those costumers rolling in. Parents and girls handled washing and drying cars quickly so that we had few back ups even though we had lots of cars and trucks lining up. Bia, Owner of Bonney Lake Coffee later said they had not had that many cars in past car washes with other groups. Thanks also to our generous community. We had one customer donate $60 for one compact car! Bonney Lake Coffee is also our newest sponsor. Stop by and let Jeff and Bia know how much we appreciate their awesome support!
