On the Washington State Cougars Volleyball Camp registration page,
- Under the heading “Team Camp and Team Tournament.” High School teams. July 10th- 13th, 2013. choose the “$315 – pay later through team” option.
- Complete the rest of the form and submit.

Then contact or visit Sumner/Bonney Lake Parks & Recreation Department on or before June 10th and submit your payment to Sumner/Bonney Lake Parks & Recreation Department.
